1.1.
4 Day / 3 Night Cruise Holiday on Genting
Dream with a Balcony Stateroom (BSS Category) for 2 persons to depart from
either Port Klang or Singapore)
1.2.
Quota: 18 winners
2.
Eligibility
2.1.
All Sa Sa Malaysia customers aged 18 years
and above are eligible (“Eligible
Contestant”) to enter the Spend and
Win at Sa Sa Malaysia: Cruise Holiday on Genting Dream! contest.
2.2.
Employees of Hong Kong Sa Sa Sdn Bhd (“Sa Sa Malaysia”) and Resorts World
Cruises are not eligible to enter the contest.
2.3.
The immediate family members of Sa Sa
Malaysia, its advertising agencies, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers are also
not eligible to enter.
3.
Promotion Period
3.1.
The contest will commence at 12:00:01 a.m. on
1st April 2024 and will end at 11:59:59 p.m. on 31st May 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
4.
Contest Mechanism
4.1.
To be eligible to enter the contest, you will
need to spend a minimum of RM170 at any Sa Sa Malaysia participating physical
stores (listed in 4.10 below) or Sa Sa Malaysia online shop at https://shop.sasa.com.my/ during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Spending”).
4.2.
Eligible Spending excludes Touch ‘n Go
Reload, PIN Top-Up, refunds, and other non-retail spends in participating stores
and delivery charges at https://shop.sasa.com.my/.
4.3.
You can make one entry with every receipt of Eligible Spending during the
Promotion Period. Multiple entries are accepted and encouraged.
4.4.
The top 18 Eligible Contestants with
the highest number of entries during the Promotion Period will win the Prizes.
4.5.
Combined receipts
are not allowed.
4.6.
Eligible Contestant will need

Period.
4.7.
Spending at Sa Sa Malaysia’s outlet
locations: Genting Premium Outlet, Design Village,
and Johor Premium Outlet; and on Sa Sa Malaysia’s ecommerce platforms at Shopee
and Lazada, are excluded.
4.8.
Sa Sa Malaysia has the discretion to extend
the Promotion Period at any time without prior notice.
4.9.
Unless the Promotion Period is extended, any
entries received outside of the Promotion Period will be ineligible.

5.
Winners Notification
5.1.
Sa Sa Malaysia will notify the winners via
email or any other mode of communication provided latest by 7th June 2024.
5.2.
If Sa Sa Malaysia is unable to contact the
winner having made several attempts within three days, Sa Sa Malaysia reserves
the right to cancel the winner entries, and the non-contactable winner shall
have no claim whatsoever against Sa Sa Malaysia and/or Resort World Cruise.
5.3.
Winners shall bear all relevant costs and
expenses incidental to prize redemption, including without limitation, travel
insurance, visa application, port charges, gratuities and transportation to
cruise terminal.
5.4.
Winner’s acceptance of the Prize signifies their
acceptance of the ‘Terms and Conditions
for Resort World Cruise Package’ set out below.
5.5.
The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable
or redeemable for cash.
5.6.
If Winner fails to accept the Prize within
the time prescribed in the notification, they will be deemed to have rejected
the Prize and Sa Sa Malaysia will have the right to award the Prize to another
Eligible Contestant.
6.
Exclusions of Liabilities and Reservation of Rights
6.1.
Sa Sa Malaysia reserves the right to
substitute the Prize with other item(s) of similar value if the Prize becomes
unavailable.
6.2.
Winner accepts the Prize at their own risk
and Sa Sa Malaysia excludes all liabilities in connection with Winner’s
acceptance, redemption and/or use of the Prize.
6.3.
Sa Sa Malaysia reserves the rights to make
any changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
6.4.
Sa Sa Malaysia’s deliberation on any matters
associated with the contest shall be final and binding on all Eligible
Contestants.
7.
Consent to Use of Personal Data
7.1. By entering the contest, each Eligible Contestant consents to Sa Sa
Malaysia’s collection, use, retention, storage, transfer and/or disclosure of
their personal data for the purposes of and related to this contest and in
accordance with Sa Sa Malaysia’s Privacy Policy (https://shop.sasa.com.my/privacy-policy).
8.
Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
